The Planet Waves 1/4" (6.35mm) mono coupler has special patented connection plugs with 8 compression springs that allow the adapter to positively lock into the jack, ensuring maximum signal transfer and eliminating any annoying static.

The coupler is ergonomically designed with a durable polymer overmold for extra protection and easy gripping. Plus, planet waves adapters are fully shielded and have 24-karat gold-plated contacts for maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance. The adapters are ideal for interconnecting effects pedals where the input and output jacks do not line up perfectly.

Using the revolutionary connector designs created for our cables, Planet Waves cable adapters are made with premium materials and assembled to the same rigorous ISO9001 standards as the rest of our fine. Beryllium copper and gold-plated contacts are used to ensure solid connections. Short adapters are double overmolded for durability and pig-tail adapters are overmolded with the same rugged strain relief found on our full-length cables.
