Sample CDCheck out this brand new set of drum sounds designed to give you an infinite number of possibilities. Recorded in the legendary Surrey Sound Room, all the dry hits are separated from their ambience giving you the ability to create infinite number of custom kits with the perfect live room sound for your recordings. Most drums are multisampled with three velocities- more in the case of rides and Hats where they contain different characteristics. Snare rolls, (grace hits), count-in stick hits and cymbal swells have been added in order to help you add "feel' to your programming. The kits were sampled in three different locations within the Surrey Sound Room 1. Normal Room - A smaller area in the Surrey Sound live area used by such acts as The Cranberries, Radiohead etc. 2. Big Room - The middle of the room used for larger ambience by acts such as Simple Minds etc. 3. Booth - A smallish dry booth within the live area. Two different ambience locations were sampled for every position. A close position called MEDIUM AMBIENCE and wider position called LARGE AMBIENCE. There aren't many of us out there who haven't replaced snares or kicks in our tracks these days. This CD will give you plenty of superb quality samples to do just that!
