Payment

We take most major credit cards, PayPal, cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, C.O.D.s and Purchase Orders.

Paypal - NEW

We now accept Paypal payments. Credit card payments to a Paypal account are subject to a 3% fee to cover processing costs.

Cash/Check

We take cash, check, cashier’s check, money order. Checks over $200.00 are held 10 days to clear. Make checks payable to MIDI Classics. For fastest shipping on orders over $200.00, please use a charge card, or send a cashier’s check or money order. Charge orders over $500 must be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder.

C.O.D. Orders

Include full purchase price plus shipping and handling and $6.50 C.O.D. fee. For C.O.D. orders over $100.00, please pay cash, money order, or cashier’s check when delivered (no personal checks). Over $200.00 send a 25% deposit. There are no international C.O.D.s.

Purchase Orders - corporate, government and School upon approved credit.

2% Surcharge for 30 day payment. Additional 2% per month surcharge for late payment.

Wire Transfers

We will email you our banking details upon request. Please add $20 to your total to cover our bank's fee for incoming wire transfers.

Rush Service

Duties & Taxes

We collect Connecticut 6% sales tax on orders shipped to a Connecticut address or in-store sales. Overseas customers pay all duties and local taxes.

Our Return Polcy:

Hardware

If, after consulting with manufacturer technical support, you cannot resolve any system incompatibilities, return it in 30 days from the shipping date for either a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange (in new, factory fresh, resalable condition) Please call for an RMA number.
