Maximum Control
JAMMER Professional puts you in the producer's chair and gives you the ultimate control over the style of each musician on each track in the studio. Two pages of controls for each musician allow you to tweak every detail of the players' styles. You have control over everything including fundamental grooves, note ranges, scale choices, custom timing patterns, transitions, bender effects, modulation effects, direction of motion, and much more. There is no better tool for exploring musical ideas, learning music theory "hands on", and creating beautiful finished tracks for your songs.
Fundamental Grooves
Fundamental grooves are the underlying fabric for parts created by JAMMER. These grooves can be used by themselves or blended together to create unique styles of jamming. JAMMER composes original parts by integrating fundamental grooves with scales, motion patterns, and transitions. The following clip out of the Bass Player's Style Editor shows just some of the fundamental grooves which you can blend together or use by themselves. The number to the left of each groove is the user tunable "usage weight" for that groove.

Note Ranges and Intelligent Voicing
JAMMER uses an intelligent dynamic voicing algorithm to voice parts properly for the instrument they are being played on. JAMMER automatically creates various inversions of chords and riffs to keep the parts voiced correctly. JAMMER gives you control over the note range and then does the proper voicing automatically.

Transitions
JAMMER uses transitions to connect parts together in an intelligent and soulful manner. JAMMER performs "look ahead" just as professional composers do in order to write parts that anticipate notes and chord changes.

Effects
JAMMER uses benders and modulation to add life to composed parts. This can create classic sounds such as bending strings in rock guitar, crying notes in the blues, soulful sax bends in jazz pieces, and "cry in your beer" country fiddles. JAMMER gives you total control over parameters such as how often benders are used, how fast notes should be bent, should modulation be applied once the note has peaked, and should the the note have a trailing bend when released.
