It provides a smooth, high-quality three axis joystick mechanism, five rotary encoders, and 10 switches.
The MCS-Panner may be used 2 different ways:
You can join it to another MCS-3000 series controller for a variety of different applications, or you can use it by itself, as a stand alone Surround Panning Controller using the optional MCS-Panner MIDI Adapter.
The MCS-Panner controls a digital mixer’s surround features. In addition, the MCS-Panner also sends MIDI Controllers, which your mixer can map to control a variety of other mixer features.
The “Surround Link” features allows you to control two mixer channels at the same time.
Engage the “Left-Right Mirror” and the “Front-Rear Mirror” function to spatially position the two channels in opposite directions at the same time.
For the finishing touch, the MCS-Panner is also available with the optional simulated stone trim and wrist rest.
