Quantum HSI SERIES INSTRUMENT CABLES

The Quantum "HSI" Heat Shrink Instrument series cables utilize our Q-2000 series audio cable with G & H brand 1/4" phone plug terniinations. During the manufacturing process, hot melt epoxy compound is injected into the connector cavity to provide an insulator against the possibility of a short developing inside the connector, as well as provide strain relief on the actual solder joints . After final assembly of the cable is complete, a section of heat shrinkable tubing is placed over the connector barrel and shrunk into place to provide additional strain relief. Custom imprinting of the heat shrink tubing with customer logo or name, and telephone number is available upon request with orders of 24 or more "HSI" series cables.

Right Angle Connectors

SI and HSI series cables are available with right angle connectors for an additional fee. To specify right angle phone plug, please add letter "R" suffix to model number for each right angle connector. Example: model SI-10R = 10 ft. cable with right angle plug at one end. Model HSI-10R = 10 ft. cable with heat shrink over barrels with right angle phone plug at one end.
