Stomp'n FX Vol. 1

arrowFeatures Page Stomp'n FX Vol.1 consists of Chorus, Flanger, Autowah, Compressor, Noise Gate, EQ. All effects are of very high quality level with their friendly and simple to use graphic interface. The plugins are available in DirectX and VST 2 PC/Mac versions.

Graphic Equalizer DS-GE1

The DS-GE1 has seven bands ranging from 100Hz to 6.4kHz, ideal for guitar sounds, with boost/cut of +/- 18dB per band. This lets you completely control your sound and eliminate unwanted feedback, particularly when connected after a distortion effect.

Noise Gate DS-NG1

screenshot sounds The DS-NG1 is dynamics effects whose function is to remove unwanted audio material below a certain threshold. When the signal falls below a certain threshold that is set the gain cell will quickly reduce the audio level of the sound source. Now, it is possible to set many gates for a slower response time so the effect is not as sudden, but often a sudden change is what is desired. Gates are often used on drum tracks to prevent bleed from other nearby drum mics, and they are sometimes used on noisy sources so when the desired audio signal stops the noise is automatically muted. The gated reverb sounds made popular by Phil Collins and Peter Gabriel in the 1980's were the result of running a reverb's decay through a gate. When the reverb level fell below a certain threshold the sound would abruptly cut off.

Auto Wah DS-AW1

screenshot sounds The DS-AW1 delivers a wide variety of wah effects, including a dynamics-sensitive picking wah that changes with your picking strength and a modulation wah for automatic wah over a cycle of modulation. There's also an extra-powerful wah that combines the two effects. With the MANUAL control, you can set the frequency point of the wah effect to get exactly the sound you want. Our version of automatic wah is a little different than other touch or auto wahs: it has just a hint of distortion which adds some warmth to this great effect. The sensitivity control can be adjusted to increase response to your playing. Not just for wah effects, the DS-AW1 can also be a more subtle manipulator of attack and tone. Great for guitarists or bassists, especially for bass players who want to create their own "synth-bass" sounds.

Flanger DS-FL1

screenshot sounds The DS-FL1 is a super-versatile flanger that lets you select flanging that sweeps across all frequencies for a "Spirit of the Radio" tone or from low to midrange for that "Unchained" sound. A flanging effect is produced by combining the original signal with an electronically delayed signal. Using four controls, you can tailor a variety of sounds from dynamic jet-plane effects to short delay, chorus and vibrato sounds. When the DS-FL1 is connected to a distortion unit, even more radical effects are at your command.

Chorus DS-CH1

screenshot sounds The DS-CH1 chorus covers a wide frequency range and features high- and low-cut filters. This lets you create any kind of chorus effect from a mild, natural chorus to the clear and penetrating stereo chorus effect popular in contemporary music. The DS-CH1 features sharp sounds with clear highs, and a stereo effect that varies depending on the spacing between the left and right speakers. The filter allows you to adjust the tonality from soft, mellow sounds to sharp, cutting sounds ideal for rhythm guitar. With the DS-CH1 you can create anything from light, subtle effects, spacious textures, or thicker doubled effects to drastic warbly sounds.
